Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Luminary Ventures Corp, doing business as Nova Systems ("Nova," "we," "us"), governing your use of resume.nova-systems.ai. By using Nova, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Who can use Nova
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nova.
What Nova provides
Nova is a career-architecture service. It analyzes how your experience is currently positioned, gives you a Visibility score, and — if you purchase — produces rebuilt materials such as a revised resume, cover letter, and outreach. Nova provides tools, materials, and methodology to help you present your experience more effectively.
AI-assisted materials — your responsibility to review
Your analysis and materials are generated with AI assistance and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing everything before you use it. You agree that anything you submit to an employer is truthful and accurate, and you will not use Nova to misrepresent your experience, credentials, or history.
Plans and payment
Nova offers the plans shown at checkout, currently:
- Career Rebuild — a one-time purchase.
- Career Pro — a monthly subscription.
- Career Architect — an annual subscription.
Pricing is shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the plan you select. Delivered materials are final, and subscription charges are non-refundable; you may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
The monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Your content and the materials we deliver
You keep ownership of the resume and information you provide. You grant Nova a limited license to process that information in order to provide the service. The materials Nova delivers to you are yours to use for your own job search.
Our intellectual property
Nova's methodology, frameworks, templates, brand, and the site itself are owned by Luminary Ventures Corp. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or build a competing service from Nova or its methodology.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Nova for any unlawful purpose.
- Don't scrape, copy, or resell the service.
- Don't submit another person's information without their permission.
- Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Disclaimers
Nova is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that your results will lead to employment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminary Ventures Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nova. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Luminary Ventures Corp from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Your continued use of Nova means you accept the updated Terms.
